I would again encourage you to seek help from a local PC specialist. All the crashes appear be Windows based, which we have no insight into. There is nothing in the reports that we can see that is related to Steam. Since we can't actually take a look at your machine or network, it is nearly impossible for us to discern the cause of the problem.
